Drew Scott is possibly the best family practice physician.
Checkup was fast, thorough and pleasant. Only took 2 work days to get an appointment. Very little wait time to be seen.
Saw Dr. Scott on June 26, 2017. He was taking on some of Dr. Flippin's patients after he left. I was not pleased with him at all. Dr. Flippin was my Doctor for over 17 years. back before I became ill. One by one I developed chronic health problems and Flippin treated them all except one. That is my definition of a Family Physician. Dr. Scott was unwilling to do this. He was wanting to refer me to up to 3 other specialist, meaning I would have as many as 5 doctors. Nope.
I like Dr. Drewry very much, but the staff is a different story. I've been trying to get lab results for two weeks. Unfortunately, the office closes at 4:30, but the phone turns off after 4:00, so you can't get anyone to take your phone calls. I call to get my lab results and no one returns my call. It's very frustrating. How can it take so long to get lab results in 2017? If the office wants to shut down at 4:00, why don't they just say they shut down at 4:00 instead of 4:30?
