Staff were lovely. Sadly mine only lasted two weeks, fell apart, attachment very wonky. Was told I need to pay to fix it. Don’t buy if you want it to last.

I brought in a stone to be set into a empty ring setting. The setting required modified prongs to fit the stone. They did a great job and kept it safe until it was finished a few days later - its now been about 18 months since and the work was absolute quality. I would trust Ridge again.
