I am not one to leave a negative review but had a poor experience with the tech. The person on the phone who scheduled the service call was very nice however the tech who showed up was extremely rude and disrespectful. We have a small flight of carpeted stairs in our house and we politely asked him to take his dirty shoes off and asked him to wear his shoes again when he goes upstairs. His response to this was rude and disrespectful and he quickly left the job saying that we should just reschedule for another time. We had to... read more
