Ridge Hill has had a history of management being unpleasant and not addressing issues within the property. However, Brad has definitely turned that around. He cares about the property, is a great leader and has made major improvements! Overall ensuring the complex is safe to operate and is visually nice to live in. Thank you for taking the residences feedback and consideration.
Just like the other reviews: If they simply treated people the way they would want to be, half the bad reviews wouldn't exist. But truly, one lady can sour a good place. She will be so rude and use religion for the way she is. Just go in for yourself and chat with her yourself. The management is only bad because they let her act the way she does. Also, maintenance is decent, but they spend more time playing in the pool than they do, helping residents
This place is horrible. The concrete steps to my apartment were crumbling, cracked and had pieces missing. I did not feel safe walking on the stairs to my apartment. You have to pay to park in garages but they aint safe because its all damaged. They be squirrels everywhere pooping and crawling on my patio. overpopulated squirrels everywhere. You looking at paying around $1000 for a 1 bedroom with some bs no cap
Slum Lord property. Unsafe crumbling parking garage "E" which could collapse. A lot of the steel stairs throughout the complex are so rusted that their are holes in beams and chunks of metal missing from connecting joints.
