Hi guys there is a lot of problems at the parking lots
I have live here for a year now and I have not had any major issues. When I do make service call the maintenance do come at qtimely matter i appreciate it that. Its quit haven't any issue with neighbor and I do the like the price other apartment complex are not that nice but more expensive
2b/2bh Out of the many places around the area to rent, ridge hill stands out from the others . The major stand out is the price, with everything rising in the area they manage to keep it reasonable on the rent. The neighbors are good and stay pretty quiet around our building. the maintenance are pretty prompt when there is something that's going on. rarely has it taken more than a day or 2 for them to come out on any issue Even if they are pretty swamped. if it's an emergency situation, they are out there right away. the off... read more
I've lived here for a few years, any kind of maintenance issues, are addressed in a timely manner. The leasing office staff is also very helpful, for good situations or less diserable situations. Good value for the price.
