Dr. Williams and her team were great. Dr. Williams was: - on time (even called before to let me know their expected arrival time) - knowledgeable (Dr. Williams went into detail about everything she was testing my horse for with also making sure I understood all the information) - friendly - gentle

I really loved Dr.Williams. She was great with our goats and other livestock but today they really messed up. I called at 7:41 am with a real emergency, 2 hours later no vet and a dead animal. What kind of vet that offers emergency services thinks that 2 hours is an acceptable timeframe. Then tried to say they told me it would be that long. If they made it clear that was the case I would have called someone else instead of letting my animal die waiting on a vet that wasn’t even coming!!!
