Just had a horrible experience through our Florist in Sarasota who used Ridge Florist to prepare an arrangement for friends in Sebring. The arrangement was not what we ordered (if we wanted a Publix $4 bouquet, we would have gone to Publix). They would not return calls to Beneva Florist, the ordering florist, to find out why they substituted a cheap bouquet for the custom arrangement ordered. Customer service is non-existent. They have been reported to FTD and our florist has marked them a "never use" in their system of othe... read more
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! Don't go to them, go any place else. This so called florist has no integrity, they don't give a iota about their customers!!!!! Flowers were not what I ordered, and boss or owner Mrs. Roberts NEVER had the courtesy to return my call.
