I posted a review on the Sebring store already. But since I stopped at both locations I'm getting to review here too. I ordered flowers online to be picked up on Valentine's Day here, at the Avon Park store. Closed. Locked up tight! I called the number and Lake Placid answered suggesting I go to the Sebring store and they will hopefully have my order there. See that review for the rest of the story. If the owner (I am guessing) had even acknowledged my presence in this store, I would have stayed and made my purchase. Too bad - her lack of courtesy cost her more than 1 sale.

Horrible Service. I helped my son order flowers for his pregnant wife on Valentine's day and It said they would be delivered on the same day. But it took two days to receive the flowers and they forgot to deliver the box of chocolates we ordered. They also didn't look as full as the picture even after I had upgraded to the Better version of the flowers. I left several messages and email the store and have not had anyone reach back out to me.
