Friendly and helpful. Better pricing than the big box stores. Will definitely use them again for my fencing needs.
Really disappointed Promised me 8ft gate when they were done installing it came to be 7ft 2in. Never told me I'm going to lose that much because I probably wouldn't get it. Plus it took them almost 3 months to do anything after the contact. Worst experience ever I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Friendly and helpful Love my new fence! Great customer service, they got me exactly what I wanted. It took a couple weeks to find the exact match to my other fence, but well worth the wait as the installer and people in the office were a pleasure to work with.

Missing pieces bad customer service Fence was order with the pieces we thought we needed in order to assemble fence. Every single time we try to put the fence together we were missing a piece or pieces. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. No one ever gets back to you in a normal fashion. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Product Made Incorretly, No Satisfaction I hired Ridge Fence to make two sctions of fence that were damaged by a fallen tree. I had give them a drawing with 'exact' dimensions, which XXX, I won't mention his name, said was very good for him. When the sections were picked up, they had incorrect tops, 'dog ears'. XXX, promised to send a man out to redo the picket tops. He never did. After about 6-8 months of promises, and one man coming out but staing XXX told him wrong so he did'nt have the right tool(s).
