A nice employee came out for a quote a few weeks ago, but never sent the quote. I texted and emailed four times and they kept saying they’d get it to me. But nothing. Really weird. I always get three quotes for a job, and so because Ridge ghosted me I had to call out a fourth electrician to get my third quote. Which delayed my project. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s pretty annoying.
We hired Ridge Electrical to perform knob and tube removal in our home. Jake and Anthony were highly professional and efficient in completing the work. We also hired Ridge Electrical to upgrade light fixtures and install recessed lights in our living room. We’re very pleased with their service and highly recommend them!
John was able to quickly come out to our site and provide a commercial install for us at a fair price. Highly recommend for any electrical needs

Just called because I hit my grounding wire with my lawnmower and wasn’t sure what to do. ChatGPT told me to call an electrician —called him at 7 o’clock on a Saturday. He had me text the photos and explained what’s up and how to fix it safely/ myself. Definitely calling him again— for something that needs paying for 👍
