This company came out for our home warranty repair. They fixed plenty of issues that we were having with the GFCI outlets not working correctly and addressed a pretty scary voltage issue where some outlets were putting out 240 volts. Overall they were a very friendly husband and wife team and great at explaining the issues and addressing it and found some minor problems that could lead to more serious consequences. Very satisfied with their service!

One lady and a man showed up as my warranty company assigned the service request to this company . They came to fix the spot lights(4 units total). They just checked the switches . (and After they opened the switches,t my fan is not working. )They did not bring a ladder to check if the spot lights are bad or the fixtures are bad. They assume it is bad. I called them to give me a quote to fix the spot light. The lady promised me to call me back , but never called me. I tried to call them at least 10 times .. they don't answer... read more

The owner and his wife were referred by our warranty service. They arrived on time and were very friendly. I had checked all the breakers in the main box and they were not the problem. They were very meticulous and thorough in verifying virtually all the outlets in the whole house. They found an obscure ground fault outlet behind full shelves in the garage and explained how and why this had probably been wired this way. They went far beyond what was expected. I could not recommend them more. Excellent.
