We rented a condo at the Westridge from Jade and it was honestly the best rental experience I have ever had. She answered texts, scheduled maintenance, and walk throughs quickly and kindly. Moving in and out was a breeze ! She is an excellent landlord who truly cares about her properties and the folks living in them - anyone would be lucky to one of her tenants.
Terrible experience!!! Stay away from this company. Jade and Wendy are stilling money. I left apartment in spotless condition and I was told that the damage deposit will be returned in full. It was delayed for over a month and came $150 less than it should be. Wendy fabricated checkout inspection report with fake signature. I spoke to manager Nadeem Walji and nothing changed... They just ignored me.
