Very crappy place to live. "New" trailer had many issues. Didn't have hot water for like a month because they failed to look at the hot water heater. It was sitting in standing water, and exposed wires were sitting in the water. Did a lot of damage when it exploded. Crappy quality and unsafe trailers. Too expensive for what you get! Would NOT recommend!
I recommend don’t live at unit 1 because they don’t fix anything and you can’t have anything outside and someone committed in the back room towards the road and there is blood stains on the wall and that place is hunted thing get thrown chairs moves and there’s is bullies and the office lies but I recommend yall don’t live there not a good place to live at
Not a nice place at all my kids were bullied from the moment we moved in the office people lie there's a guy who walks likes to talk trash trlr 1 kid took his own life landlord failed to mention that to us but on the other hand she won't tell anyone that wouldn't recommend no one to rent there or trlr 1
Sueing cause what kind of place gives the people they let rent only four days and everyone know when you rent your suppose to get a 30 day notice so sueing and false advertisement on a house were someone committed suicide and died and just put paint over blood without letting the tenants that staying there know a sad thing happened in one of their houses their first blue house you see in the front so I'm Sueing and only got four days knowing we supposed to get 30 days notice
It’s been a long storm but with the Grace of God my husband and I home found our home. Crystal has been an angel with beautiful smile greatly appreciate you Crystal..🙏🏻🤗 Thank you for everything, great neighbors 🙏🏻
