This contractor did a very poor job. It looks unprofessional and the price was very high. He also did not provide a receipt for my payment and did produce estimate.

Stay far far away from this guy. He will collect your money and not start the job. Poor communication and rude responses. The stories will start once he collects your deposits. 2 months after collecting deposit, no work has started. Everyday is a new story. If you don't want to cry and waste your hard earned money, stay far far away and use a reputable company instead.
This guy is a fraudster and will deceive you into paying him upfront then disappear. He also tries to push you into illegal construction projects under the guise of saving money. When you insist on legal he starts to come up with all sorts of stories. He has currently run off with $21,000! BEWARE!!!
