I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at Ridge Cleaners in North Ridgeville. Last week, my husband and I dropped off a down comforter to be dry cleaned and a duvet cover to have a button sewn back on. The duvet cover was already clean; it simply needed a button repaired. I explained this clearly to the woman at the front desk, but things went downhill from there.
