Kieren came out to re-point my ridge capping, completed the work, cleaned up after himself, and the overall experience was positive! Kieren mentioned that the mortar colour should dry darker but if the colour of the mortar dried lighter than expected, he offered to return to darken it and better match the rest of the roof, which he did which was great!
First, let me say that we are deeply grateful to Kieran for his willingness to take on a job that several other roofers had walked away from. Kieran honoured his commitment to us and completed the work within the scheduled timeframe and at a reasonable price. Very Disappointed. Please avoid company. Paid a lot of money and didn’t provide the service that they promised.
Keiran did a fantastic job on our roof, it looks brand new again now! He was friendly, helful and easy to deal with. Great service start to finish.
