I ruptured my Achilles playing basketball there, and every Ridge employee I dealt with afterward was nice and accommodating (my injury wasn’t the Ridge’s fault, to be clear). They even reimbursed me for the final half month of my membership I wasn’t able to use — a gesture they certainly didn’t have to make. It’s also a really nice gym with enough amenities to make me feel like I was getting my money’s worth.
I hate adulting hour :(
