$20 for an inner tube is crazy. I got a tube from another local shop for $5. The guy that was running the shop came off very hasty and rude about the whole transaction and as I am currently desperate for an income I figured I should ask to see if they were hiring to which his response was "uh uh" as he walked away mad that I didn't buy the innertube from him.

We took a bike tour with Adam with 3 friends. He was a wealth of interesting information about the history of New Orleans and insider stories. We took the tour on our first day arriving in New Orleans and it really set the tone for our week here. He took safety seriously as well as the needs of our group. I just wanted to hang out with Adam and hear more stories about New Orleans! Thank you from Santa Rosa, CA.
Essentially held my bike tire hostage for a week and a half after saying it would be ready the day after I dropped it off.then still charged me full price after spending a fortune on uber, and him also being aware of that fact.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! I had a very disappointing experience at this bike shop. I visited while out of town to have my bike chain tightened, and during the service, the technician (who resembled actor Chris Elliott) noticed an issue with my brake pads. He offered to adjust them, which I appreciated at the time. However, after paying for the service, I went to a nearby pizza shop and discovered my brake pads were dangerously loose—one of the bolts had been completely removed.
