Exceptional customer care and service. I was riding through Rocky Mountain House and had a starting issue on my Suzuki Vstrom D1000. I called Ryderz to ask if a tech could help me diagnose it. They quickly connected me with an expert who walked me through common problems and helped me get back on the road home. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful customer care in this day and age. Thank you Ryderz.
Not impressed, brought my bike in, was having issues with bogging out. Took it in paid $1500 to get it fixed, ran great on the way home, took it out a week later had the same issues. Messaged them about it, they said there mechanic was on holiday and they would get back to me, never heard from them again. Even after messaging them. Do not recommend.
I want to give a big shout out and thank you to R8derz. Road in the Rocky and my engine light and battery light came on. I stopped in at 3 p.m. got the necessary parts by 4 30 and they are staying late to get be back on the road. Service Service and more than fair pricing. I will be able to join the guys tomorrow morning for the big ride to Jasper and back. Thankyou very much for everything Small Town. BIG TIME SERVICE.
Got a flat, came in at 9am I was on the road by 10:30. Quick service and every time I’ve gone in they’re really friendly
