Bought a new Defender Max in June. Brought it in for its first service Dec 18/25. Was informed that somehow some liquids had got into the cooling system and it needed to be flushed. They also said that I put whatever was in there and that it would to my account. When I discussed with this so called manager(Lee) to explain that I did no such thing he called me a liar before I could even finish my point right in the middle of the show floor in front of whoever was there. Riderz was amazing when my old gal a 1997 BMW F650 broke down. Most other motorbike shops either turn me away or are disinterested in working on my bike so when I do break down I’m often SOL! These guys saved the day, and the last day of our trip when I broke down for the second time near Rocky Mountain House. Both Jeremy (owner) and (Paul)Mechanic MacGyvered my bike back to working order with a new voltage metre with a crossover kawasaki part! Thank you so much a thousand times over.
