Love Dr. Diggs, but this place practices very predatory billing. They never bill for an annual wellness exam, only for specialty visits, which reimburse at a higher rate. I've reiterated on multiple years that a visit is an annual physical (which shouldn't have a copay), only to later be billed under a different code and charged a copay. The office also lost my mother's Maryland MOLST form and encouraged us to fill out another during a visit, rather than send them a copy of the previous form.
