Lady is pretty rude Brought it for new clutch cable but it started grabbing really late after the replacement, fixed it myself day after. Also 2 hours labour charge for “inspection” when I just asked to check brakes and air filter. They said it wasn’t a K&N filter which can be cleaned and reused, but they cleaned a regular filter which I didn’t think could be done Didn’t give me any physical inspection report to keep as a record Didn’t do a complementary wash after service until I asked for it
GARBAGE shop, Rude staff No sense how to talk to their Customers. Particularly lady there has no manners. No Customer service Not Recommended 👎🏻 You should learn to value your customers A bad experience to visit this shop.
Had to get some new tires on in short time frame and Ali and Trinity stepped up and got it done for me in the middle of having shop issues. These guys are the real deal and thank you thank you thank you. BTW Ali - I put the brake pads on that evening. :)
This is a great shop with excellent customer service. Nick is a very knowledgeable and fantastic mechanic
