Riders is a family run business launched in 1976, with state of the art dealerships in Bridgwater & Bristol, we are authorised main dealers for Ducati and Harley-Davidson®. Owner Phil Jessopp started Riders from the shed at the back of his garden; the company now has over 45,000 square feet of floor space. Riders is still very much a family business, our staff are chosen because of their commitment, their knowledge and passion for motorcycles, we always try our very best to give 100%.

You know when you buy a Ducati you're getting a premium machine, but with that comes the expectation of a matching level of customer service. And boy do they deliver on that front! Jason goes above and beyond, backs the experience up with being really knowledegable, and made the whole process smooth sailing. You can understand why there are bikes lined up in rows ready to be collected by their new owners. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given.
Excellent service providing great information on problems by guys who know what they are talking about. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW. My bike went in gor a gearbox issue and oil leaking from primary and engine casing, diagnosed as clutch cover inner splines and many ither issues inside gearbox, whilst the bike was there i asked for everything to be checked so ir was safe to ride throughout europe. They changed tyres, brakepads, flushed the brake fluid carried out a service and MOT' d the bike and apparently test ... read more

Just picked up my new to me 2017 Ducati M1200 from Riders in Bristol. And excellent service from Stuart and the team from start to finish. The bike was presented beautifully, the team made sure everything was perfect and it even had a full tank of fuel! Cannot recommend Riders highly enough! Will definitely be spaffing a few more quid there on shiny stuff in the future.
