We were on vacation when the check engine light started flashing. We had no idea where to go or what to do, but Riders was the first shop we came across and they were so generous with us. They helped us on the spot to troubleshoot the problem, fix it, and get us back on the road in less than an hour. So thankful for good companies like this that are honest and trustworthy!
Very disappointed with this shop. Went in to find out why our engine kept dying at low speeds. They were very busy, so we told them to take their time as we didn't need the car for a couple days. They ended up calling back within 5 hours saying all they did was tighten a couple bolts on the fuse box. They claimed to clear engine codes yet the service engine light is still on. The car is still dying at low speeds. $275 for tightening some bolts.
Larry and his crew have been fixing my vehicles for many a year. It's been so long ago, that I don't even know when he opened up but I think it was sometime in the 90s. Thank you Larry and sons.
