This guy doesn’t even deserve one star. So unprofessional. First appointment he said the windshield wasn’t in yet because the delivery truck broke down. Could have been true. Second appointment time comes around, which was verified by text, and I have the proof. He never showed up. We texted and called and over an hour later he texted back saying they wrote the appointment time down wrong and wouldn’t be able to fix the windshield. They really deserve a negative number but I’ll settle for a 1 star rating. They Lie repeatedly, do more damage than they do good and end up costing us more money than they saved us. I gave them every chance to make things right but after 6 weeks and many outright lies I gave up. Not sure how they stay in business. I would avoid doing ANY business with Riders Glass, it’ll only end badly.
Flexible schedule and got an appointment quick. Fixed up the back glass for my car in under 20 minutes. Best price and good service👍
This is my second time utilizing this service. They were prompt and their prices were fair. They arrived at my home to put in a new windshield and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
