Where do I start... Ali made a horrible situation into a positive experience for me. After blowing up my motor from somebody elses mechanical error I found Riders Highway on google & decided to give it a try. Ali was open, honest & very understanding of my situation from the get go wanting to help me in any way he could. Ali is a great bloke. I initially enquired through website for my Ducati, as previously I have had 3 independent mechanics declined me as they were unable to service Ducatis. Ali got in touch with me right away, and invited me to come to the shop to talk further. Upon my visit, he quoted me for a price, which is very reasonable and competitive. Ali is super kind and he did an amazing job fixing my bike chain & sprockets, and even shouted me a coffee! He was very helpful and clear explaining everything to me. Would 100% recommend to everyone :)
I had an amazing experience with this mechanic. He helped me out without asking for anything in return, just out of kindness and genuine goodwill. It's rare to find someone so generous, honest, and skilled. He went out of his way to assist me, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Ali is the most handsome lebanese man i have ever met, he helped me fix my motorcycle, this guy is superman, he is like doctor octopus in marvel, he knows everything about mechanical equipment, he fixed my motorcycle in minutes, it's so cool, and funny, he should rule the whole sydney repair industry, i mean it
