I have taken the same bike to riders edge to be revalved and resprung twice. Ian was very rude and arrogant. The suspension was terrible so I took it to another suspension shop in California. So I picked up the 450 from the suspension shop in Carlsbad. They said it was way over sprung. The valve stack was stock and assembled out of order. The shock removal is easier when you take off the swing arm. Great customer service. Very reasonable and helpful; knowledgeable and kind. I called all the shops in town and this company seemed like my best bet. I recommend them and I would do business with them again.
Phenomenal suspension service and guidance. They'll work with you to find a solution and a plan. The WP Pro PDS shock I received from them was the best rear shock I've ever experienced. Perfectly set up out of the box, planted over all kinds of terrain, no kicking or bucking.
