My husband spoke to the owner to have our grandson’s dirtbike fixed up as it needed new spokes and tires. The owner said he would order the spokes and replace the tires and it would be done within a week (Friday). When myhusband checked in to see how the bike was coming in along, the owner told him to come pick it up as he didn’t have it done and was very rude and we don’t understand why. Do not waste your time with this shop or the rude customer service.
Great customer service, awesome technicians. Got these guys to build my forks and rear shock on a new t7. I poorly explained what I didn't like about them, and what I wanted. They got it in right away, and built me exactly what I was looking for. The tech even walked me through adjusting it, and helped load my bike. Pricing is on point, they have a great selection in stock. Riders edge is a prime example of what a bike shop should be.
Ian is suspension God! Helped us going up with a blown rear shock and coming down with a new set of tires plus gave us great road recommendations! Took us in and put us priority to get us back on the road! Great shop with integrity! Thank you!!!
