Been here in multiple occasions.. never had a positive encounter with the staff. it's just not a good place.
Atrocious customer service. Experiences like these that are what is driving people to just simply buy online, instead of supporting a local/Indie shops. I visted Riders Choice for the first time recently, looking for a battery. Simple task, should be in and out. I asked the guy behind the counter if they carried Shorai, he just kind of grunted and said "no, we have BS" and did a half assed turn of his head to the wall behind him.
