> ☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The staff were arrogant, unhelpful, and showed little interest in serving customers. The prices are also unnecessarily high for the level of service provided. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop. I would strongly suggest that the staff attend customer service training to improve their communication, professionalism, and the way they treat customers. Good service is just as important as the products you sell.

I bought my first helmet and gloves from this store, and as a new rider I had a ton of questions. Matt and Drew were absolutely amazing! They gave me great advice and guidance and walked me through everything I needed to know to choose the proper gear and get the right fit. I recommend this shop and I’ll absolutely come back for more gear in the future
There was an error when I bought my product there and the staff was really apologetic and swapped it out for the right thing.
Do not visit this store. I have been to store for my Tire Change and I have my tire i just need to swap tire i my M109r Front tire. They just qouted me the price of $60 plus taxes i agreed on that price and then i came all the way from milton and they change the price of $180 plus taxes just for front tire change I asked way its change this much they said oh its a big heavy bike we charge for this one $180 plus taxes , and the front 2 desk guys we very rude, I will never visit this store and I will not recommend to anyone at... read more
