Stewart was very thorough. His knowledge includes biomechanics which he incorporates into the bike fit to ensure you're matched perfectly with your bike.
I had a bike fit with Stewart (not my first bike fit so I can compare to previous), I found the whole experience much more informative and detailed. Working with the biological mechanics of the body and applying what works to the setup of the bike, has really improved my cycling experience.
