The people are nice but I’m unhappy with their service. Not only did I pay a premium for the tire replacement but the sprocket spacer was not put back in. (It was certainly there when I bought it as the bike had been ridden all last summer and the sprocket assembly was not taken apart before bringing it to them) Needless to say my whole back tire got destroyed while I was riding since they neglected to tell me they lost it.
