These are the absolute worst. Listed my home with them 3 weeks ago. The listing is wrong, the agent went away for the 3 weeks and no one will return my emails or calls.

I flew down from New York to see some mobile homes. I had a great experience with the owner George A. All I can say is that the service and the staff was great. I would recommend them to everyone.

Please have a Home Inspection even though its a mobile home. Then you will know if it has TERMITES that will swarm......and the hvac and water heater are 27 yrs old. Dont go by if its cool in the home hvac is ok......sure at that age it could work but for $450 a month in energy costs. Figuring on the termite tenting, new hvac...and water heater that leaked....i paid about twice what my home was worth. And ive only been in it 3 mths.

I was manager at Wp for 3 yrs. During that time Rider did a great job of selling most of the homes in my park. The agents working for rider are the most honest and polite group of people I have ever encountered. Im now managing park in Tampa and I sure wish that they worked in my area. I would buy or sell my home thru them anytime. Yamiris Rodriquez.

I was lucky enough to find Rider Resales and Repos, We just moved to Florida on hopes and dreams not knowing where we were going to end up. Michael K. explained the area to us and showed us different mobile parks to meet our needs. He took the time to explain what each had to offer and the areas best for my family, shopping and doctors and such. Everyone in the office was so sweet and looked after us when Mike was busy. In reviewing RIDER REPO AND RESALE'S AS A BUSINESS THEY ARE HORRIBLE! This is because I have dealt with them personally. As for the thousand dollar deposit, it should have been returned under the "THREE DAY COOLING-OFF RULE" where all contracts can be broken, regardless of what the contract says... Also there should be an actual job and task that was performed. Did they have an accepted deal or even a pending offer... I doubt they did.
