If i could put a half a star i honestly believe it would be to high. I purchased a mobil home on November 1st 2023. I dealt with both Patrick & Evy. There were many issues with the purchase but all tolerable with the exception of my ovens. I purched this particular home although it was under construction at the time & still needed siding, drywall work, floors repaired, kitchen cabinets I stalled, etc because of the new kitchen appliances & the bathrooms were nearly complete.
