I went to the store to check it out and find out if they could take a look at my chair. They were friendly and courteous. I was given a business card. I will return tomorrow with my chair to have them do the repair.

I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful coming across Rider Mobility. As a resident of the Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, I was having difficulty with my electric scooter. with no idea where to take it for repair. Then on our bulletin board in the lobby, a few weeks ago, I miraculously saw on the electric screen , that a repair team from Rider would arrive soon 🙏🏻 They performed their magic and skill right there. Eric Davies was very helpful it was a very smooth experience workings with Eric. He took care of everything, and manage to get a wheelchair for my husband from Medicare, flawless experience. Thanks Eric.

When my power chair stopped working with me in it on Tuesday morning, a call to the company that provided the chair could only schedule a technician the following Thursday. I called Rider, Eric came within the hour and fixed the problem. Eric also adjusted the chair to make it more comfortable for me. I like that level of service.
