They have been terrible in handling my claim (I was in an accident with one of their insured parties). The lady handling the medical side has been nothing but rude to me and I am the innocent party. Both the property and medical claims adjustors fail to close the case and have made every excuse in the book as to why they won't accept liability even though their insured was ticketed by police for careless driving.
