I can’t recommend Rideout Plumbing enough! When I had a stubborn clogged sewer line, I called them and Jason was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful even before he arrived—taking the time to give me clear information and advice over the phone. Once on site, Jason quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the clog professionally, and discovered it was actually the city’s problem on their end. THIS is who you call first! Based on the size of the water leakage, I was expecting the worst. They helped me identify the problem quickly, patiently answered questions to educate me, AND provided a $5 DIY solution…working with my schedule on a Friday night! I’ve been happy with the service company I’ve had for years but this is my new go to. I’ve missed this type of service - Knowledgeable, responsive, and low stress.

Jason was fantastic. Had our sink faucet replaced in like 20 minutes, and even took the time to explain what went wrong with the old one. Great service from a friendly guy -- we'll be calling him for all future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jason!

Wow! Super impressed. Woke up this morning to a leak above the garage, panicked, then went online and found Justin (Rideout Plumbing). It's now 8:45am and the issue is resolved! Justin came promptly, identified the source of the leak, and went right to work. Nice guy too! Glad I finally found a reliable plumber. High recommennded!
