Horrible experiance. And horrible cheap chineese import not very good quality it broke on the second day I used it and in the end my main frame had to be repaired due to broken bluetooth connectivity and it locked me out and I was left with a broken scooter for 2 and a half weeks, I wasnt offered a replacement I wasnt offer the use of another till mine was repaired. poor customer services, very rude and after I asked for my money back I was delayed, because one of his EMPLOYEES told me his aunt passed away.
