My favorite cycling studio and it has made such a great improvement in my life. I look forward to going to my spin classes every week. My first class I almost passed out but I went back and I just passed my 50th class last week! Alex is one of my favorite instructors and he does such a good job with teaching form and the importance of it. Anytime I recommend friends I always recommend them to take Alex’s class.
They decided to film content for themselves and brought in someone with it camera. Very bright light and very distracting. I also did not consent to have my picture taken nor did I sign a waiver. Pretty unprofessional.
Edit: the more I go, the more I love it. The girls who work there are all so nice (endorphins are real?) Came on here to leave a review and I have already left one! So I’ll add to my old March 2025: they were out of my shoe size so I opted to go smaller, realized they were gonna be too tight 5 minutes into class so I hopped back out to go up a size but everyone after me got all the next 3 size up… I said don’t worry about it, just give me the other style of shoe and I’ll loosen the straps!
