So, I took my 2024 Shadow Aero ABS in for first service. When I got the bike back there was an unusual from the front. A kind of screeching ticking noise. I call and told them about it, specifically saying it didn't sound like the engine because the noise didn't increase nor decrease with revs, only when moving. Liars and dishonest. Beware of the bait and switch. I'll add a copy of the buyers agreement on this page to show exactly how dishonest they are. I spent two days working on everything with these people . The price online showed $6999. They had $2700 worth of fees. I was fine with all the fees. Bottom line price was $9700 and some change. When I start my 2 hour ride up there I get a call saying they cannot honor this contract -- THAT THEY DREW UP - and the another $500 has to be added on.
