I went to the service dept. at Ridenow Powersports on Boulder. A service advisor who goes by the name of Shadow helped me. Instead of taking the bike in he coached me on how to fix it myself. It was a simple problem "after he explained it to me!" I thought that was very decent of him. Im giving Shadow and Ridenow Powersports business ethics 5 stars. Thank you! The Coffey Family.

I have my SxS brought in on July 21 and am still waiting , been over 5 weeks ,if i could give anyone advise it would be to STAY AWAY DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I've called NUMEROUS times to "CONNOR" and have been given a diff. line of BS EVERY time .If i could reach through that phone!!!! Many times was hung up on after waiting 20 min or so and was just hung up on AGAIN!!! Crooks is the best word to discribe this group employees . They dropped the price of the motorcycle i wanted by a 1000 dollars so i called told them i wanted it gave them a 500 dollar deposit over the phone to hold it for me . In the 30 minutes it took me to get to the dealership they had changed the price back to original argued with me for over 20 minutes until i showed these idiots the picture of the price i took with my phone . they finally agreed to honor there asking price , well not exactly on my paperwork it shows 10... read more

I'm so glad it was smarter to keep your paper filing clerk Melissa who sells 0 bikes a month and not Ryan who sold 32.
