Company policy is not to quote a price over the phone. I spoke to Brent who told me that he would get with the sales manager and get back to me. He called me with a price. Had I not gotten a price, I wouldn't have driven 2 hours to shop for a bike. After we settled on a price, it was revealed that there were scratches on the left saddle bag & left mirror. I bought a Can Am Spyder in March of 2021. The bike was totaled in March of 2023. The company refuses to refund the remainder of my service contract. I submitted the paperwork requested a month ago. I have called 6 times just to check and make sure they received the paperwork or if anything else is needed.
