They destroyed my mom’s yard while trenching for Socketfiber in our neighborhood. They broke into the sprinkler line and left mounds of dirt and chopped up sod. My husband had to chase them down to get them to come back to burry the line. They tried to say it wasn’t their responsibility to fix any damages to personal property and they were not required to return the lawn back to original condition. It's pouring rain and one of their company trucks is cutting people off and driving recklessly.
Ridenour was contracted by Socket internet to install fiber in our neighborhood. Ridenour caused 3,000.00 in damages to our lawn irrigation system. They also severely damaged several lawns and have refused to repair the damage. The customer response from both companies is unprofessional to say the least.
