Ruined my yard for socketfiber. Then sent a man to threaten me and my husband. Then came and tossed rocks into our street. Left huge holes in my yard. The man shows up to my house without any logos or anything on the truck or shirt. He asks us to not to share our concerns with socketfiber. He actually said “can we just agree not to go behind each others backs”. Has anyone had any resolution? Is this something a lawyer can help with? I need help. They wrecked our yard. Only dressed what they dug up in the ditches. And left a trash trail wherever they worked.
They destroyed my mom’s yard while trenching for Socketfiber in our neighborhood. They broke into the sprinkler line and left mounds of dirt and chopped up sod. My husband had to chase them down to get them to come back to burry the line. They tried to say it wasn’t their responsibility to fix any damages to personal property and they were not required to return the lawn back to original condition.
