persons dont know up from down and I don't trust management with our money. Nothing adds up. They create division and drama to distract that they don't care for the building or anyone. services areoutdated, cant pay rent online even cleanliness is a issue. heap of mess

This coop so unwelcoming and disorganized. I signed up on the waitlist years ago. I called in to find out an update and manager didn't have a record of me but then after I told her I had a copy of the application, she somehow"found it in an old file from the manager before her".

I really hate leaving negative reviews but my phonecall this week to this co-op was unbelievable.The secretary there (she refused to give me her name) could not have been less helpful. My sister is on a waitlist for subsidized housing and I was helping her call different co-ops. She is recently disabled and we wanted to check which coop's could accomodate a wheelchair. The receptionist answered the phone smacking on food or gum. It was pretty gross and then immediately told me to hold (I could hear her entire conversation). ... read more

I lived here for a few years and I have never dealt with worse management. Communication is so difficult and there is nothing co-operative about this place. No seems to care and there is alot of gossip with the workers. new management is needed cause the way it's going now the old building will fall apart very soon
