This building used to be taken care of and maintained well but it has really gone down hill. The place is falling apart. Lots of infighting and immature arguments by Directors aren't helping either. One of them was telling me terrible stuff about the others and doesn't respect anyone's privacy. The manager is very very rude. She sent me an eviction notice and money owing notices never apologized, just said no, it was a mistake. No maintenaince in the halls, no lights in stairwells - Dangerous conditions. Ridelle is really deteriorating under DMS and The Board who are unfriendly, defensive and confrontational.
Place is falling apart more and more.
