Customer services is everything especially today customers don't receive top Care. However this is not the case here I had a problem with my bike and I dropped my bike off and there was a mistake made while repairing it. however the mistake was caught and taking care of. Great locally run store. Their bike service is better priced than other stores nearby. Support local by coming here. Came here to get a bike lock and they have multiple varieties.
Had to pick up a bike part. Store was closed, but owner was there and gave me what I needed (at no cost). You'll get good service here.
Ian is a natural expert and fixes quick!
Ian was approachable and gave some good guidance on the tire system (tube vs tubeless) that would be the best fit for my skill level and riding style. Also changed my rear flat out in 5 minutes for around $20 which was the cherry on top.
