It's always comforting knowing the experience and knowledge of the guys at Rideau Valley Auto. The garage has been open since 1990, and all customers know they are backed with Ministry standards, and inspections are now done with laptops for recording measurements and with cameras taking photos of all components. Absolutely AVOID Rideau Valley Automotive at all costs! I brought my vehicle in for a safety. Looking for reassurance on everything. After having this service done, a few days later I heard irregular noises coming from my front wheels. I removed both wheels and realized I had no bolts holding the callipers in place—something that nearly cause a serious accident.
