I want to give 5 stars to all the vets there. They themselves are absolutely amazing and incredible at what they do. Their office staff on the hand are absolutely horrible people and have no concept of customer service. I had accusations thrown at me on the phone that were not true, were rude and no communication between the offices. If you can get past the condescending tones and lack of empathy with office staff then I would recommend using their vets !
