Patrick came to our home four times to do extensive electric work and we were very happy with the quality of his work and his professionalism. Patrick arrived on time and would discuss the nature of the work he wanted to do so we understood his work. He was also open to accommodating our requests for minor changes and additional work. We are happy with the technical quality of the work, some which has been up now for a few months. We highly recommend Rideau Electric for any electric work in the home.
Patrick came to our house to update the wiring on our hot water tank, which was not to code. It was a simple job, and it took Patrick less than an hour to make efficient placement of the wire. There's an attention to detail I appreciate, as well as an impression that he's not going to oversell you on work you don't need. I would definitely recommend Patrick for any electrical project needs.
Professional experienced electrician showed up on time, was thorough and explained the situation well. Patrick scoped out the problem and fixed it. Great job.
We had the pleasure of using Rideau Electric for our new pool install and we were extremely impressed with his work and the end result. Patrick was meticulous, extremely tidy, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and did not take any shortcuts. He showed up even when he didn’t have to! We’ve already contracted him for another exterior lighting and home security project. I’ve also recommended him to my neighbours! Rideau Electric is the only electrician we will ever use.
I was so pleased with Pat's work - he was early (!), quickly identified the issue that I was having with my electrical panel breaker and fixed it right away. He even made an effort to reduce costs by attempting to fix the part rather than having the entire piece replaced, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be seeking him out for future work.
