Overflow Parking, most s/e corner on Mary St (9004?) full of trash. Does anyone monitor the cleaning here? Walk by it everyday, what an embarassement.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They take advantage of anyone who parks thinking there will be a way to pay on the way out; there isn't and then they send you what amounts to a fine. If you are tech-savvy enough to figure out how to pay by downloading a code, if you happen to see it, you'd better guess right at how much time you need because if you go over they hit you with that find by mail - much more than you would have paid for the time you needed.

Park literally anywhere else. Paid for parking, returned and was literally waiting in line to buy another ticket to extend my time when I was ticketed 4 minutes after ticket expired for $98. Explained this to them and they said yea but if you pay it in a week then you only pay the reduced fee of $81. Okay but I was waiting in line to renew my ticket . Doesn’t matter “ next time you should get the app so you’re not late” was their response. 4 minutes!

The 5pm-7am rate posted online is $6. I have been charged $10 for two hours of parking after 5pm. AND, on Jan 8, the charge was $24 for 2 hours and my credit card kept being rejected. There is something wrong with the exit payment process.
