Walked in without an appointment with a question about my bike breaks. Helped me out right away with a complimentary quick fix! Will be using them for all my bike needs!
I don’t know how to properly complement everything about a shop, but this is my attempt. I knew nothing about biking, they treated me respectfully, helped me set up a new bike, convinced me that I wasn’t crazy, I’ve been more than considerate answering my questions. Just as perfect a small business can be.
Wit is a great employee, helped me out of a jam and got me back on the road. Much appreciated!
