My son and I recently took his e-bike to Ride615 for maintenance. He had been hearing a sound coming from the front disc brake, so he wanted to have a professional take a look at it. I had them install a part and While they installed the part correctly, they didn't Leave any room for adjustment. The only solution they had Was pay to reinstall the part again. Not much forethought about what the customer May need even after a conversation. That being said, There seems to be a different staff there now. I had a good relationship with the employees Who there before they always went above and beyond. I guess everything changes.

I was a Halcyon regular for all my bike needs so when they closed up shop, I didn’t know where I’d go. I was under the impression (I don’t know why…) that Bike615 was a high-end shop and I didn’t even know if they did repair work. I saw the 4.9 reviews and went in for new tires and tubes. The service was great and repair was delivered ahead of schedule! I saw a negative review here. I think that person doesn’t know how to deal with people who don’t BS but do speak transparently.
