New e-bike owner and had such a positive experience here! I purchased my bike second hand and brought it here for a tune-up. Great value and phenomenal service. Rodney and Robby were so friendly and gave me great recs to get plugged into the bike community. Will definitely return in the future!
Absolutely terrible experience at Ride 615. I dealt with the tall guy with long hair in a man bun both on the phone and in person, and he was awful from the start. I already knew what specifications I needed for my triathlon bike, but he was sarcastic and told me to come in anyway. When I got there, he acted like it was an inconvenience to even talk to me, made a smart comment about, 'Oh, so I guess you just own your own bike shop then,' and tried to sell me a wheel for $3,000 when I can get it online for $2,000 from other s... read more
