If I could give 0 stars, I would. In 2020, I was in a tough situation so I had no choice but to settle with Ride4U. I have been making payments on my car for almost 3 years now. The first couple of months was a nightmare. Not only were they unprofessional and gave off shady vibes, they were extremely difficult to get a hold of. I got the car in December 2020. This place have gave me nothing but problems since I purchased my vehicle. I’ve had my vehicle 2 months now crying day and night because nobody is giving me information on who I’m financed with and my temp tags are expired. I live in a different state and they obviously don’t seem to care if I go to jail or not. At this point I want my money back cause this is ridiculous.
