They do not offer personal training here; if you ask for that, they will make some excuse not to train you. As soon as you walk through the door, you won't be greeted properly, but the other women will. If the owner doesn't like you, she will go out of her way to hide stories from clients on Facebook; it's very rude and disrespectful to hide events from certain members. I Went from terrible shape to the best shape of my life within a month( I did 20 classes). For reference, I’ve been working out off and on my entire life so I’m familiar when I’m in good or bad shape. The area is really cool as well, and there’s good ambiance while training. I’m Really glad I found this place during my time in the AV. I Will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area. The Photo shared is peak mileage and “calories burned”, I was impressed with the number within a few weeks of training and resting.
