Pretty new to cycling training, but I had an amazing time! Really fun atmosphere, with some great instructors, Aimee was awesome. I was the best kind of sore the next day, lol. Will definitely be going back regularly.
I’ve been to three classes there now in this past week and everyone is so kind and the space is peaceful. Im grateful to have found this space.
Love it here! And the new owner is amazing and has brought in new equipment and I’m excited about what they’re doing! Highly recommend!
Aimee’s cycling studio is absolutely amazing! The classes are truly out of this world—energetic, motivating, and so much fun. Aimee is one of the best instructors I’ve ever met. Her passion, positivity, and ability to inspire everyone in the room make every class an incredible experience. I’m completely hooked and look forward to every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an uplifting and empowering workout!
They do not offer personal training here; if you ask for that, they will make some excuse not to train you. As soon as you walk through the door, you won't be greeted properly, but the other women will. If the owner doesn't like you, she will go out of her way to hide stories from clients on Facebook; it's very rude and disrespectful to hide events from certain members.
