If I could they would of gotten zero stars they don't even deserve the 1 it made me give I've actually have had 3 bad experiences with this company most recent is today I had an appointment scheduled for today January 28, 2026 at 12:30 the ride didn't show up to pick me up until 12:29 No text or call when I finally got through to the company to find out where the ride was I was told she had a full schedule why would you even give someone a full schedule on a day you want to claim the roads are bad so I missed an appointment ... read more

I was driving on Michigan Street when a red van (#125) almost hit me. I’m not sure if the driver was distracted or tried changing lanes without using a blinker. We ended up at the same stoplight, and the driver was kind and offered a quick apology, which I appreciated. I’m not trying to be petty at all but with the snowstorms and winter road conditions, it’s just important for everyone to drive extra cautiously to avoid accidents. Hopefully this is taken as a reminder to prioritize safety during these conditions.

In December, I utilized Ride Your Way to provide transportation for an elderly client to a health appointment. This gentleman has struggled with mobility and pain for the past six months and had repeatedly postponed a helpful injection due to concerns about transfers and weakness. Two days before his scheduled injection, we attempted to practice the transfer into my car, but he was unable to manage it. The company attitude is the best ever. All 21 drivers I have received rides with have been professional, defensive, personable, considerate and caring individuals. They all show with action and body language that they actually want to help people. The employees reflect the attitude from the founder down. We all need to help each other however we can. From the warm greeting to safe delivery to destination this shines through.
