He was amazing, drived well and was talkitive.
Helped when I needed to get to and from an appointment.
We had a very bad experience with Ride YourWay. Specifically with vehicle #123 (picture attached), in Lowell on May 6, 2025 at 3:40pm. This driver should be tested for impairment at the least.
Ride Your Way was our arranged transport from the Battle Creek VA to a local hospital on 3/28/25. Our driver Areli was fantastic, she was very polite, professional and genuinely cared about her clients comfort. Hope our next transport needs are with her,,,,way to go Areli, and thank you Ride Your Way for having such wonderful employees
