I was driving downtown and Black van #102 was driving reckless. Saw the driver was a heavy set blonde lady. I swear she looked like she was dozing off. Please check on your people . Last thing we want is someone getting hurt or even worse losing their life

Sad that they decided to severely shorten their radius because now I can’t use the only professional transportation service. Extremely disappointed in this company.
If I could they would of gotten zero stars they don't even deserve the 1 it made me give I've actually have had 3 bad experiences with this company most recent is today I had an appointment scheduled for today January 28, 2026 at 12:30 the ride didn't show up to pick me up until 12:29 No text or call when I finally got through to the company to find out where the ride was I was told she had a full schedule why would you even give someone a full schedule on a day you want to claim the roads are bad so I missed an appointment ... read more
I was driving on Michigan Street when a red van (#125) almost hit me. I’m not sure if the driver was distracted or tried changing lanes without using a blinker. We ended up at the same stoplight, and the driver was kind and offered a quick apology, which I appreciated. I’m not trying to be petty at all but with the snowstorms and winter road conditions, it’s just important for everyone to drive extra cautiously to avoid accidents. Hopefully this is taken as a reminder to prioritize safety during these conditions.
