I have to say the immediate argument that comes from a business is insane. Rather than trying to be civil it immediately turns to arguments. I saw an add on FB and silly me I clicked on it. Then they FB messaged me and asked if I had any questions. My reply was courteous although abrupt "No thank you. I believe your bikes are a menace to the roads. The people that drive them have no insurance and no license and as a result when they collide or damage someone's car or property they have no accountability. But thanks for askin... read more
I had a really great experience with Ride the Wind eBikes. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me figure out what was going on with my scooter. Jolene took the time to listen to my concerns, explained things clearly, and offered thoughtful suggestions instead of rushing me or even getting upset at me. Even when the issue turned out to be something completely external, (my internal valve shifted causing it to slow leak for a month and I went to two people in my town to have it fixed) their custo... read more

Had such a great experience with them, made me feel welcome answering all questions I had. Didn’t feel like I was being sold something that wasn’t a correct fit for what I need. Went over the bike, explained the best way to charge the battery, helped load the bike into my van. Was happy to finally meet Jolene, my second time at the shop. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to see them if looking for an electric bike or scooter.
What an amazing team and such fabulous service and attention to details. I bought my ebike but had a full knee replacement so had only ridden it 3 times and the battery wouldn't hold below 40% and then it wouldn't even turn on. I was well past the warranty when I contacted them because of my knee and recovery so I said, I would be happy to pay for whatever it needed. I shipped the units back to them and they went to bat for me with the manufacturer, unbeknownst to me, and to my delight I received a new battery and screen set... read more
