called the store with a problem i needed answered and described as much as i could without getting cut off and ultimately being told by the owner herself that "We cant spend time talking about and helping you diagnose over the phone its not beneficial for us and a waste of time" so i said 'fine ill call a store that will help me"

I have been looking for specific parts for my Emmo Zone Max and talked to three different companies for months now with no results.
