I bought my bike somewhere else unfortunately before I found you guys. But literally all of my know about my bikes Maintenance knowledge has come through you guys. From how to change my breaks to how to get inside my bike and clean it properly. I'd be lost without yall and just wanted to send a huge thank you your way
Bought 2 ebikes about 3 weeks ago after watching their videos and then dropping by for some advice. I was very impressed with the time given to me to explain in detail the best options available for my wife and myself. After being allowed to test ride the bike, we went ahead with the purchase. In addition to the friendly service, arrangements were made to deliver our bikes (ready to ride) the following day. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
Jolene was sooo helpful in getting my son a Talaria in time for his birthday. We had ordered another one from another vendor and they kept delaying delivery. Last minute I had to cancel the order and Jolene got one ready for us and delivered fully assembled the next day! Alex was superhelpful in explaining how to use it and offered pick up service if we ever need a repair. Overall it was an excellent experience.
I got the 2024 nok 84 volt lithium 50ap Battery is needing charger after 30-40 klm Which I’m suppose get 100-120klm Gages not working properly Was told that that could be why battery is running out said the said new gages But now seat broke for the lock and still lots of issue and because they know I can’t get the bike there now they want to bike there to be able to get any warranty. Buyers beware don't buy from these people. Garbage scooters they say there new but there not!! I bought mine a year and 1/2 ago nothing but problems with it !!!!! Phoned them to see if they would look at it when it was still under warranty I I've out of town they wanted 600$ from me to send it back I said I DONT think so rip off !!!! Well word of mouth gets around ! If your shopping for a scooter out of town do not buy from these people !!! Go elsewhere!
