Had such a great experience with them, made me feel welcome answering all questions I had. Didn’t feel like I was being sold something that wasn’t a correct fit for what I need. Went over the bike, explained the best way to charge the battery, helped load the bike into my van. Was happy to finally meet Jolene, my second time at the shop. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to see them if looking for an electric bike or scooter.
What an amazing team and such fabulous service and attention to details. I bought my ebike but had a full knee replacement so had only ridden it 3 times and the battery wouldn't hold below 40% and then it wouldn't even turn on. I was well past the warranty when I contacted them because of my knee and recovery so I said, I would be happy to pay for whatever it needed. Arranged purchase of an enclosed mobility scooter for a relative. All contacts were done by phone and E-mails, while I had seen the enclosed mobility scooters around town, we did not have much information on them. Jolene went out of her way to answer all our questions and referring us to specific areas and videos on their website. Jolene was awesome to deal with i was going to go with a different bike and company but she gave me her advice and that the talaria komodo just came out and is a way better bike all round so I end up getting it and wow what a bike it is thanks again
